Lenten Schedule 2023

Lent begins Ash Wednesday, Feb 22nd. The schedule below runs from Feb 22 till Palm Sunday April 2nd. The Easter Schedule (Palm Sunday till Divine Mercy Sunday) is posted on the Easter Schedule Page.

Daily Mass at 12:10 pm, Monday to Saturday (as usual).

Adoration: Monday to Saturday 11:00 am to noon (as usual) and on Wednesdays from 3:00 – 5:00 pm.

Confessions: 11:00 to noon, Monday to Saturday (as usual) & extended confessions offered throughout the 12:10pm Mass on the last 3 Friday and Saturdays before Holy Week.

Stations of the Cross: Fridays during Lent at 6:30pm.

St. Mary’s Parish Lenten Mission: St. Paul’s is invited to join the Lenten Mission with  Bishop Jon Hansen entitled “Gift, Greed, Gratitude: Changing our Hearts to Change the World” held at St. Mary’s Parish March 1 – 3 at 7 p.m. A member of the Redemptorist order, and former pastor of St. Mary’s Parish, Bishop Hansen is the 7th bishop of the Diocese of Mackenzie-Fort Smith, and was ordained after ministering as pastor of Our Lady of Victory Parish in Inuvik, NWT. Using scripture, stories and Indigenous examples from the Canadian North, Bishop Hansen will examine issues facing the world and how to effect change beginning with ourselves.  There will be Mass at 7 p.m. Friday, March 3 as part of the Mission.  All are welcome.
