How did you spend Labour Day? Fr. Penna was with new labourers called by the Lord for the Harvest! St. Joseph Seminary in Edmonton welcomed him to lead the silent retreat of five days on “The Fatherhood of the Priest”. He says it was a deep blessing for him – especially spending one-on-one time with seminarians sharing their story of vocation. Saskatoon has three seminarians (John Paul, Matthew, and Mischa) and two priests formators (Frs. Geoffrey and Murray) in Edmonton. Let us pray for them and to the Lord of the Harvest that He send forth labourers into the harvest.
